I am a children’s photographer based in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. I work mostly in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and the Palos Verdes Peninsula, but I also travel to other Los Angeles locations. I specialize in on-location lifestyle photography of families and kids. The majority of my clients are referred to me by other clients. I like to think it is because not only do I create playful, natural images for my families to treasure for years, but we have a great time at our photo sessions! My young clients greet me with hugs and kisses when I show up to photograph them year after year, and it is a delight to see them grow up and capture that childhood joy!
A few things to know about my style of photography… I want you to relax and enjoy your photo session! Kids should be kids. I avoid posing them too much as I want them to interact happily with each other, and with me. Bring your kids’ favorite books or toys, a bunch of different clothing options, and let them be themselves. I shoot all natural light, so my sessions are usually scheduled first thing in the morning or in the late afternoon. Sessions generally last 1-2 hours, and are done at your home, the park, the beach, wherever you think your child will be their happiest.

Perfect day- Hanging out at the beach with my family or a spontaneous family roadtrip.
Obsessions – Photography and travel.
Indulgence – Handbags. 
Wish I was better at – Getting dinner on the table every night!
Wish I had more time for – Reading a good book.
Sport – Tennis.
Lived in – All over the world… Canada, Ghana, Portugal, Dominican Republic.
Failure – Musical talent.
Proud of – My awesome boys, skydiving, running 2 half-marathons… (Does that count for a whole marathon?)
Pet peeve – An unmade bed in my house!

Organizations – Vistas for Children, WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International)
Charities - I donate approximately ten photography sessions yearly to raise money for different schools and organizations, such as Torrance Memorial Hospital, Trinity Lutheran Preschool, Silver Spur Elementary School, Rolling Hills Country Day School, Peninsula Montessori, Robinson Elementary, Scott Newman Center, Sand Tots Preschool, American Martyrs School, Palos Verdes Junior League, and many others.
