After my recent bout with bronchitis, we headed up to Big Bear with the cousins. If you are looking for a great cabin two minutes from Snow Summit, let me know! We rented the best cabin, aptly named “Pine Lodge.” It was terrific – close to everything, with plenty of sledding area out front, plus a hot tub. On top of that, it SNOWED!!!! A LOT!!!! I don’t remember the last time I made a snowman. Really. It has been that long since I was in fresh snow.
