Derek’s birthday is today. My baby is 7! I guess that means he is no longer a baby – I must face facts. 
How did he become 7 so quickly? I feel like he was in my belly only yesterday! We are off to baseball practice, and then having his favorite dinner – lamb chops, corn, rice followed by chocolate lava cake!
