Our first family photos not in front of a tripod

I wanted some new family photos and I wanted to be in them this time. Looking showered and decent, not rushed and sweaty running from the tripod. Honestly, there really aren’t that many great photos of the four of us, and I decided it was time. I didn’t want anything traditional – I wanted something fun, and I knew that my friend and photographer Shannon would do an amazing job. I told her we would do whatever she wanted – I could stand in a trash can in a back alley, and she would still make it look great. I wanted to share these – I wish more people wanted non-traditional family photos. I am in love with ours.
