He has the most amazing teacher – they do this fun walk around the “sun” (a candle) to represent each year of life while holding a globe wearing a sombrero. During this time, Mrs. Benjamin talks about things that happen for the kids during each year of their life, and she shows fun photos of them from each year. They love it!

Here are my favorites from each year which Jason shared in class. Funny how all except one were fun point and shoot photos!

I can’t  believe my baby is six! Oh, I love him so much!!!

1) Halloween 2005 – almost one. Not quite walking. Big chocolate brown eyes and a smile that lights up his entire face.

2) 2006 sometime. Bad buzz haircut at two – not sure what Mommy was thinking with that hairdo.

3) November 2007. Palm Springs for his third birthday – probably my favorite photo of him EVER.  Love the grin!

4) November 2008.

5) 5th birthday – November 2009. Dominican Republic on a boat with his cousin. Good times. :)

Where did the years go? I almost want him back in diapers… Jason turns 5 today, and we are on a fabulous vacation with my parents, my sister and brother-in-law, and my niece and nephew. Great way to turn 5, but he really wanted a party with all his friends from school. Since he hasn’t had a real party yet, I finally obliged, and he got his NINJA PARTY with ALL his cousins and ALL his friends from school. Needless to say, it was a lot of kids, but we had fun! I barely had any time to take photos, but here are a few I grabbed quickly during the chaos. :)
